VOTILOGY PRIVACY STATEMENT:
Extended Data Solutions, Inc. (“Extended Data Solutions”), the provider of Votilogy, has created this privacy statement ("Statement") in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to customer privacy and confidentiality. Privacy on the Votilogy web site (the "Site") is of primary importance to us. We work diligently to protect confidentiality, restrict transfer of personal data, incorporate technical safeguards and appropriate security policies, and identify privacy implications in new service offerings.

Collected Information:
We require customers who register to use the Votilogy services to give us contact information, such as their name, company name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of users within the organization that will be using Votilogy.

Extended Data Solutions uses the information that we collect solely to set up the Votilogy service for individuals and their organizations. No Customer Information will be distributed or shared with any third parties, except as required to process credit card payments or as may be required by law.

Any billing information that we collect through the Site is used solely to bill for Services. This billing information is not used for marketing or promotional purposes, whatsoever. Extended Data Solutions uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link between our financial institutions, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on the web Site but they are not permitted to collect any information nor does Extended Data Solutions share any user information with these parties.

Customers of the Service will be using Votilogy to host voter and household lists and other political campaign information ("Data"). Extended Data Solutions will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in the Votilogy Terms of Use, or as may be required by law. Customer Data may at times be viewed or accessed by Extended Data Solutions employees only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Terms of Use, or as may be required by law. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their username and password.

Votilogy uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify users while they are logged in. This information allows Votilogy to process online queries and requests. Session cookies maintain authentication after logging in and are a requirement in order to use the Votilogy application. Votilogy uses persistent cookies, that only Votilogy can read and use, to identify the fact that you are a registered Votilogy Customer. We are especially sensitive about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies. For example, we do not store usernames or passwords in persistent cookies. Users who disable their Web browsers' ability to accept cookies will be able to browse our public website but will not be able to successfully login to our service.

Extended Data Solutions gathers web traffic statistics in order to analyze how visitors use our site. When you visit the Votilogy public web site, our web server identifies the IP address of your computer and resolves it into a domain name. By using programming scripts, we may also collect information about the type of Internet browser, operating system and screen resolution that you use. All such information gathered is used solely by Extended Data Solutions to determine how effective our navigational structure is, how people use our site, and which content is of the highest interest to visitors. Votilogy may contain links to other web sites. Extended Data Solutions is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. Customers and visitors will need to check the policy statement of these other web sites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is the responsibility of the user to keep such information private and confidential.

Security:
Votilogy has security measures in place to help protect against the unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration of Customer Data stored on our Site. Votilogy hosts the Site in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Votilogy provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of Data.

Correcting & Updating Your Information:
If customers need to update or change registration information they may do so by emailing support@extendeddata.com or calling 800-501-3820. To discontinue the Service and to have data returned, email support@extendeddata.com or call 800-501-3820.
