James O'Hara - Principal & Co-Founder

James is responsible for Votilogy strategy, business development and customer relationships.

James has pioneered several variable data voter contact concepts in the Republican Party and has provided consultation to the Republican National Committee. He is a former candidate for State representative in the 18th District in Illinois and is a sought-after speaker on the topics of variable data voter communications and voter relationship management.

Mr. O'Hara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Northwestern University and began his career in consumer packaged goods for Proctor & Gamble and the Clorox Company. In the early 90's, he co-founded 4SA, Inc., a national customer relationship management firm which was later acquired by a leading Application Service Provider.

Scott R. Smith - Principal & Co-Founder

Scott is responsible for Votilogy strategy, operations, finance and marketing.

Prior to starting Extended Data Solutions and designing the Votilogy services, Scott was a founding member and co-CEO of 4SA, Inc., a CRM solutions provider to Fortune 1000 corporations.

Mr. Smith attended Miami University, graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and began his career with Lexis/Nexis where he achieved several top sales awards.

Brian Kipp - Principal & Co-Founder

Brian is responsible for Votilogy strategy and technology. He is the architect of the Votilogy platform and oversees ongoing system improvement initiatives.

Brian is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and served as Director of Software Development at 4SA where he successfully managed enterprise software implementations for several Fortune 1000 corporations.

Mr. Kipp holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Economics from Western Illinois University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and held sevarel technology positions with the Federal Reserve Bank.
